How nonresidents hunt upland birds in Nevada
Nonresidents buy the nonresident hunt/fish combination license, or a 1-day upland and waterfowl permit, over the counter. Nevada is one of the top chukar states. Sage grouse are closed to nonresidents except the drawn Sheldon refuge hunt. Himalayan snowcock is a unique Ruby Mountains hunt.
