How nonresidents hunt upland birds in Nebraska
Nonresidents buy a small game hunt permit (annual or 2-day) and the habitat stamp over the counter. A special permit is needed for prairie grouse east of U.S. 81. Over 435,000 acres of Open Fields and Waters walk-in land.
